About Us:

HRT Acupuncture and Massage Centreoffer an assortment of alternativetreatments, and you will have the opportunityto work alongside several of ouroutstanding acupuncture and massage therapists.We also provide a friendly workenvironment, and are conveniently located atSunnybank Plaza, with on-siteparking.

What this role requires:

HRT Acupuncture and Massage Centreiscurrently looking for an enthusiastic receptionist who has (preferably) hadprior experience in admin or customer service. The successful applicantwillneed to be:

· Fluent in English, Mandarin, （能說廣東話最好）

· Proficient in typing English and Chinese

· A proactive and supportive team player

· Possess strong communication, and customer service skills

· Strong time management skills and an ability to multi-task

· Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing businessneeds

. 會使用中國大陸的拼音輸入法

. 對中醫中藥有興趣，并且願意學習，工作態度認真負責。

. 記憶力強，學習能力強（我們有大量需要記憶的東西比如藥材名稱用處價格排放位置等）

. 我們希望工作比較主動的員工，能自己主動找事情做。由於前台我們限制使用手機，所以喜歡刷微信，微博，發消息的朋友還是找別的工作比較好。

Key duties included

· Meeting and greeting patients in a kind and caring manner

· Appointment bookings which includes cancelling andrescheduling appointments

· Managing all incoming calls and voicemail

· Invoicing and billing patients and processing payments

· Database management and manual filing

. Sales and pomotion
