Principal Broker

Key Skills and experience

· Demonstrable experience as a Mortgage Broker/Lender for over 5 years experience;

· Demonstrable experience as a Mentor/Leader/Trainer Experience for junior brokers/lenders;

· Completed FNS40815 Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking;

· Willing to complete FNS50315 Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking in 12 months after engagement of the role;

· Well presented, well groomed and willing to learn;

· Self starter, self motivated with attention to detail;

职位要求

· 拥有五年及以上Broker或银行贷款经理经验；

· 拥有作为指导培训初级Broker 和贷款经理的工作经验；

· 持有 FNS40815 Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking；

· 承诺在入职后12个月内取得FNS50315 Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking（在没有该证书的情况下）；

· 良好的语言表达能力，仪表端庄并愿意深入学习；

· 自我管理能力，做事具有主动性且专注细节；

Associate Broker / Broker Partner

Key Skills and experience

· Demonstrable experience as a Mortgage Broker/Lender for over 2 years experience; OR

· Demonstrable experience as a Professional Service Provider, such as Accountants, Solicitors, Real Estate Agents and Others for over 2 years experience, willing to expend your service scope with lending prospects for your existing and prospectus clients;

· Well presented, well groomed and willing to learn;

· Self starter, self motivated with attention to detail;

职位要求

· 拥有2年及以上贷款经理或放贷经验；

或者

· 拥有同等年限的金融服务业的从业经验，例如会计，律师，地产中介及其他相关行业拥有超过2年工作经验，并且希望在信贷方向拓展您现有业务的专业人士（Broker Partners/Referrals）；

· 良好的语言表达能力，仪表端庄并愿意深入学习；

· 自我管理能力，做事具有主动性且专注细节；

Broker trainee / Loan Writer

Key Skills and experience

· Holding eligible working visa in Australia (please specify while applying);

· At least with bachelor degree on finance or accounting. Related working experience will be an advantage;

· Willing to complete FNS40815 Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking in 3 months after engagement of the role;

· Fluent oral English and clear handwriting;

· Well presented, well groomed and willing to learn;

· Self starter, self motivated with attention to detail;

职位要求

· 持有可合法在澳洲长期工作的签证 (申请时注明签证类型)；

· 需要有Finance或会计相关澳洲学历。具备Finance或Banking等相关行业工作经验优先考虑；

· 承诺在入职后3个月内取得FNS40815 Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking;（在没有该证书的情况下）；

· 流利的英语口语，字迹清晰；

· 良好的语言表达能力，仪表端庄并愿意深入学习；
