Tasks and responsibilities:

• Operate warehousing activities and ensure work is performed safely
  
  
• Ensure accurate timely response to customer inquiries
  
  
• Promoting a team environment that works collaboratively
  
• Ensure customer expectations are met and managed accordingly
  
  
• Investigate and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner
  
  
• Stock control and cycle counts
  
  

To be successful in this role you are ideally to possess

• Experience working in a 3PL or FMCG warehouse will be highly regarded
  
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
  
• Flexible to work various hours in line with operational requirements
  
  
• Good communication skills both oral and written
  
  
• Strong customer service focus
  
  
• Computer literate
  
• Fluent in Mandarin is preferable
