- Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner; answer all incoming calls, screen and transfer as appropriate and assist visitors or callers with general enquiries

- Coordinate the recruitment process by resume screening and phone screening
- 与公司各部门协作,根据指示跟进项目文件和信息
- Liaise with different internal departments, follow up applicable documents and chase up outstanding information as directed

- Manage and classify related documents

- Managing digital marketing campaigns including social media operations and website content updates.

- Strong command of both verbal and written English

- Professional office communication manners including phone and emails
