Job ProductionCompounding Operator

Responsible To Production Manager

Qualifications &Experience No formal qualifications required;desirable, year 10 School

Certificate, TAFE Plant Operator'sCertificate; Trainee given on the job training, 2 years+ experience in similarenvironment with cosmetic, pharmaceutical or food industry background.

Nature of Job (1) To manufacture,following specified procedures, skin, hair
and therapeutic products.

(2) Weighing out materials accurately inaccordance with a prescribed batch sheet.

(3) Carefully follow procedures in accordancewith a prescribed batch sheet.

(4) Operate equipment in accordance withmanufacturer's operating instructions and advise relevant staff if equipmentrequires maintenance.

(5) Understand and be conversant with SOP'srelevant to the
performance of duties. E.g. cleaning and sanitisation of equipment.

(6) Record information relating to duties.

(7) Follow production schedules as directedby Senior Operator.
