Job title: Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Everyday:

• Deliveries
  
  
    
  • Picking and preparing items for dispatch
      
  • Sending tracking and cost information to sales staff
    
• Stock report
  
  
    
  • Maintaining daily stock report and sending to rest of the team
      
  • Ensuring accuracy of stock quantities and location
    
• Stock organization
  
  
    
  • Ensuring products are well-organized and easy to find
      
  • Managing staff to unload containers and incorporating new      stock into existing stock
      
  • Dealing with product returns appropriately
    
• Ensure smooth running of warehouse
  
  
    
  • Ordering supplies
      
  • Daily checking mail
      
  • Facilitating removal of damaged products
    

Occasional:

• Cleaning
  
  
    
  • Regular cleaning and tidying of warehouse to ensure      presentable to customers
    
• Basic customer service
  
  
    
  • Occasionally required to meet customers face to face or answer      phone to answer basic enquiries, e.g.:
      
    
       
    • Prices of items
         
    • Accepting payments
         
    • Basic product questions
         
    • Item tracking
         
    • Complaint resolution
         
    • Opening hours
        
      
  • Helping sales staff with checking things in warehouse, e.g.      photos of certain product, accessories included, measurements etc.
    

Hours:     9:00to 5:00 Mon-Fri
