We are a plastic packaging company based in Melbourne. Our customers are located around Austalia and New Zealand. Upon providing good products and services to local customers for over 20 years, we have gained very good reputation in the industry. Now we are seeking a qualified or experienced staff to fill out the soon vacant position mentioned above. Applicants with sales, marketing or buisness mangagment background are suitable for this position.

The position requires the following skills:

Fluent English speaking and writing skills
Answer and make phone calls with professional telephone manners
Process and send emails to client
Processing orders with a few duties
Organise delivery and pickup
Positive and active communication with customers for inquiry and report
Stock control and report
Account receivable and payable
Sales report
Overview the daily running of the office

Due to the requirements listed above, good English communication skills are essential. Also applicants with relevant backgroud, qualification or experience are the key to the position.
