As a highly reputable law firm, we are seeking a Junior Solicitor/ Conveyancer with impeccable time management and organisational skills to join our growing team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities：

·    Mainly assisting conveyancing lawyers
·    Conducting legal research and attending to all administrative tasks associated with progressing files to settlement;
·    Preparation of conveyancing documents;
·    Liaising effectively with clients and relevant stakeholders ;
·    Preparation contract for sale and associated documents;
·    Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal preferred;
·    Experience using Leap and PEXA programs preferred.

·    Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

·    Well organised and able to meet deadlines
