We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of customer service excellence and provide valued offerings to our customers. Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are actively seeking applications for an Accounting Clerk/ Customer Service Account to join our team based in Blacktown.
Day to day duties included but not limited to:
Reconciliation of suppliers / customers account
Data entry, ERP experience is preferred but not essential
Assisting with daily and weekly management reports
Accounts and bank reconciliation
Maintaining Cash Reports
Maintaining Journals / ledgers
Handling ad hoc finance requests - archiving, filing
Able to start immediately
The right candidate will be degree qualified minimum, has experience in the relevant position capacity in a high volume transactions environment. Communication skills are second to none.
Bilingual Mandarin/English is preferred.
