450克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 黄油&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 70克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 奶粉&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;20克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 白砂糖&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 50克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 盐&nbsp;&nbsp; 3克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 鸡蛋&nbsp;&nbsp; 1个&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 酵母&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 8克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 水&nbsp;&nbsp; 200ml&nbsp;&nbsp; <br/><br/>蛋黄酱:<br/><br/>蛋黄&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2个&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;玉米油&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 250ml&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 糖粉&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 35克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 牛奶&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 25ml&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 炼乳&nbsp;&nbsp; 25ml<br/><br/>-----------------------------------<br/>做法:<br/><br/>1、准备材料。黄油室温软化。<br/><br/>2、&nbsp;水、鸡蛋、盐、白糖依次放入面包机桶中,最后平铺上奶粉、高粉、酵母。和面程序。(我用了2个和面程序,20分钟)<br/></strong><br/><strong>3、2个和面程序结束后,再加入软化的黄油,1个和面程序(10分钟)。<br/><br/>4、面团和好以后,能拉出薄膜。静置10分钟。<br/><br/>5、&nbsp;将面团分成1个60克的小面团,滚圆。<br/></strong><br/><strong>6、&nbsp;将面团用手压平,用擀面杖擀成长舌形。<br/></strong><br/><strong>7、&nbsp;从一侧开始,将面饼慢慢的卷成卷。<br/></strong><br/><strong>8、烤盘里铺上烘焙纸,将面卷排列放入。中间留空隙。放入温暖的地方,发酵2个小时。<br/><br/>9、&nbsp;蛋黄酱:蛋黄和糖粉放入碗里。搅拌均匀。<br/></strong><br/><strong>10、&nbsp;加入牛奶、炼乳、盐,搅拌均匀至顺滑。<br/></strong><br/><strong>11、&nbsp;分次加入玉米油,加入一次搅拌均匀至顺滑,反复如此。<br/></strong><br/><strong>12、加入玉米淀粉,搅拌至顺滑。&nbsp;<br/></strong><br/><strong>13、搅拌至无颗粒、顺滑,提起有流动状。&nbsp;<br/></strong><br/><strong>14、&nbsp;面卷发酵好后,取出。<br/></strong><br/><strong>15、将裱花袋的尖端剪开一个小口,装入蛋黄酱。&nbsp;将蛋黄酱挤在面卷上。<br/></strong><br/><strong>16、烤盘放入180度预热好的烤箱。<br/><br/>17、上下管180度,中层,烤20分钟。(如果烤箱温度偏高,降低温度,延长烘烤时间,防止烤糊)<br/><br/>--------------------<br/>1、也可以用市售的蛋黄沙拉酱。<br/></strong><br/><strong>2、&nbsp;随时注意观察温度,如果烤箱温度偏高,降低10-20度,延长烤的时间,防止烤糊。</strong><br/></p><p><center><img title="DSC_0001.jpg" style="HEIGHT: 333px;
