Job Description
This is a diverse and fast paced role with plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. On a day to day basis, you will undertake property management tasks including but not limited to:

1. Develop new clients in selling and leasing their properties, establish and maintain client relationships with prospects and existing clients
2. Assist in manage all property portfolios using cloud-based management tools
3. Conduct inspections
4. Complete all aspects of residential leasing including (but not limited to) organizing inspections, processing applications, lease document preparation
5. Housing repairs & maintenance management
6. Manage arrears
7. Manage general and ad hoc administration duties as requested by management and support the wider organization

Requirement
1. Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
2. 6 months to 1 year working experience in property leasing/sales
3. Valid Real Estate sales certificate/ or license
4. Valid Driver’s License and reliable car
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Exceptional organizational and time management skills
7. Have a high level of attention to details
8. Full work rights in Australia

任职要求

 6个月至1年物业租赁/销售工作经验
 拥有房地产销售证书/或许可证
 有效的驾驶执照和汽车
 优秀的沟通技巧
 卓越的组织和时间管理能力
 高度关注细节
 在澳大利亚拥有完整的工作权利
