工作职责：

管理主数据；
开发和实施数据分析、数据收集系统和优化统计效率与质量的策略；
保证导入数据的质量；
解释数据、使用统计技术分析结果并提供报告；
支持数据仓库识别和修改报告要求；

应聘要求：

为专业人士/数据分析或其他相关专业人士的大专或以上学历；
澳洲非公关申请人及应届毕业生申请；
组织信息能力分析/收集/
面向使用例如Excel/Power&BI/SQL/ETL框架优先；

ABOUT THE ROLE：

As a Data Analyst, you will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. You will be able to turn project requirements into custom-formatted data reports. The ideal candidate for this position is able to do complete life cycle data generation and outline critical information for each program of work. To do this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and deep understanding of data analysis and visualisation tools and databases.

DUTIES

Manage master data
Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality
Provide quality assurance of imported data
Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
Train end users on new reports and dashboards

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Tertiary qualifications in statistics/health information management/data analytics or other related discipline or relevant experience
Technical expertise regarding data models and data mining
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience and skill in the use of analysis/visualisation software (eg Excel, Power, BI), data bases (SQL), programming (ETL frameworks)
Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
