岗位名称：AccountsReceivable

岗位目的：

The AccountsReceivable Officeris responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing and reporting ofall accounts receivable, including the vigilant collection and reconciliationof outstanding accounts.

岗位责任：

· Raise and issue customerinvoices & credit notes

· Issuing monthlystatements

· Receipting and allocatingpayments

· Assisting in theimprovement of methods and processes

· Ensure the timelinessand accuracy of the Accounts Receivable function including invoice processing and the collection of Accounts Receivable

· Negotiate with and reachresolutions with suppliers and contractors

· Perform reconciliationsto ensure invoicing is accurate and proactively resolve any discrepancies

· Respond to enquiriesregarding accounts receivable

· Support with finalisingthe month end accounts

· Ad hoc duties or requirementsassociated with the finance function to ensure effective and efficient business operation as directed

· Other accounts receivable andfinance related tasks as required

岗位要求：

· Previous experience in asimilar role

· Demonstrated computerskills in MS Office, namely Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Familiar with accountingsoftware such as MYOB or PRONTO.

· Bilingual with excellentEnglish and Mandarin is preferred

· Results Focused andattention to detai

· Have a methodical andorganized approach

· Be highly motivated andcapable of keeping up with a fast-paced environment

· Capable of workingautonomously whilst respecting the dynamics of a team

· Effective communicationskills
