Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Managing complex custom-build projects.
- Ensuring compliance with WH&S regulations and achieving safety inspection targets.
- Providing technical guidance and support to on-site teams.
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Overseeing the timely delivery of projects within budget.
- Supporting the Construction Manager in day-to-day operations.
Role Requirement:
- Qualifications: Degree/diploma relate to construction.
- Experience: Proven site management experience in residential/commercial projects.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian Building Codes and local regulations.
- Health & Safety: White Card; strong understanding of WHS laws.
- Skills: Leadership, project management, and use of software (e.g., Buildertrend, MS Teams, MS Project).
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
