<p align="left">Landgreat Group has a portfolio of 250 properties with 10properties at short term units (this is numbers will be continuing developing).We are looking for an innovative, flexible & hard working Assistant ofproperty manager to manage daily Front Office operations and assistant toProperty manager on the long term rental business in Fortitude Valley</p><p align="left">If you are a passionate, driven & results orientatedindividual, then we invite you to apply now to join our team!</p><p align="left">Key Responsibilities:</p><p align="left">· Creating a professional first impression for thecomplex</p><p align="left">· The daily management of guest accounts andrecords</p><p align="left">· Suite allocations & dealing with guestrequests and enquiries</p><p align="left">· Up selling room types where appropriate</p><p align="left">· Settling guest accounts, in a timely andefficient manner</p><p align="left">· Accurate cashiering at the end of every shift</p><p align="left">· Valet car parking</p><p align="left">· Maintaining strict security procedures to ensureguest confidentiality and safety</p><p align="left">· Setting a high standard of service to exceedguest expectations</p><p align="left">· 2 years minimum experience in a similar role ina 4 to 5 star hotel environment.</p><p align="left">· Advanced communication skills, impeccablegrooming and the ability to work under constant pressure.</p><p align="left">· Ability to work a 7 day week rotational rosterincluding weekends and public holidays.</p><p align="left">· Experience with Console will be advantageous andchannel management software</p><p align="left">· Work with Housekeeping supervisor to ensure thecleanliness of the guest rooms and the public areas</p><p align="left">· Work with Maintenance department to ensuremaintenance requests are met & preventative maintenance program is adheredto</p><p align="left">· Manage the Accounts Receivable & Debtorscollection processes</p><p align="left">· Supporting and assisting General Manager in longterm rental business.</p><p align="left"> </p><p align="left">The ideal candidate will possess:</p><p align="left">· Knowledge of Strata</p><p align="left">· Excellent customer service skills and theability to answer all guests enquiries</p><p align="left">· High level of organisational skills and abilityto work under pressure</p><p align="left">· Exceptional grooming and presentation</p><p align="left">· Willingness to use initiative and solve problems</p><p align="left">· Strong verbal and written communication skills </p><p align="left">· Knowledge of Console Property Management Systems</p><p align="left">· Understanding of Hotel Front Office proceduresand systems used in Hotel Management</p><p align="left">· Experience working in a Front Office role is anadvantage but not essential</p><p align="left">· Full availability, including weekends and publicholidays</p><p align="left">· Minimum 2 years Hotel Front Office experience</p><p align="left">· Must be able to work on a rotating roster: AM,Afternoon & PM shifts</p><p align="left">You will be asked the following questions when you apply:</p><p align="left">· Are you eligible to work in Australia?</p><p align="left">· How many years experience do you have in a similarrole?</p><p align="left">· When are you available to start?</p><p align="left">· What days are you available to work?</p><p align="left">· Rate your skill level using Microsoft Officeproducts</p><p align="left"> </p><p align="left">We thank all interested parties in advance for theirapplication, however only successful applicants will be contacted. </p><p align="left">Preferred start date: ASAP</p><p align="left">The selection criteria must be addressed in the letter ofapplication</p><p align="left">Only applicants with the right to work in Australia needapply</p><p align="left">Only short listed applicants will be contacted</p><p align="left">Please email to [email protected]</p>
