&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The daily management of guest accounts andrecords</p><p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Suite allocations &amp; dealing with guestrequests and enquiries</p><p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Advanced communication skills, impeccablegrooming and the ability to work under constant pressure.</p><p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work a 7 day week rotational rosterincluding weekends and public holidays.</p><p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work with Maintenance department to ensuremaintenance requests are met &amp; preventative maintenance program is adheredto</p><p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage the Accounts Receivable &amp; Debtorscollection processes</p><p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supporting and assisting General Manager in longterm rental business.</p><p align="left"> </p><p align="left">The ideal candidate will possess:</p><p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of Strata</p><p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent customer service skills and theability to answer all guests enquiries</p><p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience working in a Front Office role is anadvantage but not essential</p><p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Full availability, including weekends and publicholidays</p><p align="left">·&nbsp;
