About Us:

With the headquarters based in Sydney, our company has since expanded nationally with offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Townsville. With high volumes of sales, it is important for us to keep up our customer and after sales services. We are seeking a motivated and professional sales assistant to join our friendly Brisbane team.

Location: Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110

Business Hour: 8:30am-5:00pm Weekday

About the Position:

You will be required to liaise with the sales manage and representatives to communicate with clients and plan for after sales events.

Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:

· -Supporting in field sales & after sales team

· -Processing sales order

· -Customer service

· -Responding to phone calls and emails

· -Date entry and record keeping

· -General administration duties

Skills and Experience:

· -Excellent communication skills

· -Professional telephone manner

· -Keen, energetic and highly motivated

· -High attention to details and strong commitmentto a high level of customer service

· -Proficient in the use of MS Office

· -Reliable, honest and well-presented

· -Australian citizen or permanent resident withown transport preferred

· -Fluent in English both written and oral

· -Chinese speaker preferred

· -Work well under pressure
