<p align="left"><strong>What this role requires:</strong></p>
<p align="left">HRT Acupuncture and Massage Centreiscurrently looking for an enthusiastic receptionist who has (preferably) hadprior experience in admin or customer service. The successful applicantwillneed to be:</p>
<p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Fluent in English, Mandarin, (能說廣東話最好)</p>
<p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Proficient in typing English and Chinese </p>
<p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; A proactive and supportive team player</p>
<p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Possess strong communication, and customer service skills</p>
<p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Strong time management skills and an ability to multi-task</p>
<p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing businessneeds</p>

<p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Meeting and greeting patients in a kind and caring manner</p>
<p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Appointment bookings which includes cancelling andrescheduling appointments</p>
<p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Managing all incoming calls and voicemail</p>
<p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Invoicing and billing patients and processing payments</p>
<p align="left">·&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Database management and manual filing </p>
<p align="left">.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Sales and pomotion</p>
