                                                <p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201601/22/14534522728184.jpg" style="" title="IMG_20160116_124744.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201601/22/14534522925411.jpg" style="" title="IMG_20160116_124834.jpg"/></center></p><p>原料:糯米粉700克、雪豆350克、火腿100克。<br style="color: rgb(0, 176, 240); font-family: Arial; font-size: 24px; line-height: 38px; white-space: normal;"/>调料:盐1茶匙、蚝油1/2汤匙&nbsp;、鸡粉1/4茶匙。<br/>做法:1、雪豆去壳,洗净;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2、火腿切成小粒;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3、热油,倒入雪豆炒一分钟;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4、再放入火腿粒略炒;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;5、加入盐、蚝油、鸡粉炒匀,盛出放凉;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;6、糯米粉过筛,倒入沸水搅拌;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;7、搓至粉皮不粘手;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;8、取一小块粉皮,放入馅料,搓圆压扁;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;9、蒸盘先抹上一层油,再放入雪豆饼;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;10、冷水,大火蒸十五分钟;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;11、热锅,冷油放入蒸熟的雪豆饼;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 12、小火煎至微黄,即可。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201601/22/14534523204553.jpg" style="" title="1.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201601/22/14534523485369.jpg" style="" title="2.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201601/22/14534523683061.jpg" style="" title="IMG_20160116_124827.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p>
