We are a Australia-wide company specialist in solar equipment wholesale through the whole country. Due to business expansion we now looking for a reliable full-time Customer Serivce and Sales Asisstant.
Our company is located in south Brisbane at Acacia Ridge near Sunnybank and Sunnybank Hills. Brisbane branch has been established for nearly 3 years by a friendly and energetic team. Successful application must have passion in the position applying for, and willing to develop their long-term career in the company.
Working Hours:
8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.
Basic Requirements for both positions:
1. Australian PR or Citizen
2. Able to speak fluent English
3. High communication skill
4. Have relative work experience will be highly considered
5. Energetic and higly motivated
6. High Attention to details.
7. Own vehicle is essential to apply for Sales Assistant
8. Well presented.
9. Mandarin speaking preferred but not essential.
10. Basic to Moderate computering skills.
Duties and Responsibility for Sales Assistant includes but not limited to:
1. Provide support to the Sales Team.
2. Communicate with customers by Phone and Email.
3. Reponse to general sales enquiries.
4. Process order and follow up.
5. Liase with other branches and departments.
Duties and Responsibility for Customer Serivice includes but not limited to:
1. General reception duties, such as answering phone calls and response to emails.
2. Liase with other branches and departments
3. Communicate with customers
4. Liase with Contractors to arrange bookings
5. Petty Cash handling
6. Daily data-entry, recording and filing
7. Manage office supplies
8. Show great and friendly smilings to all visitors
