font-size: 16px; width: 320px; height: 241px;"/></center></p><p>15、15分钟后,将面团擀成大面片,厚度在0.2厘米左右即可,用饼干模具压出花形,没有模具的可以用刀切出长形、方形或菱形。</p><p>16、在饼干坏上用叉子扎一些小眼,防止饼干在烤制时变形。饼干坯醒发15分钟左右,烤箱预热185度,上下火。预热完成将饼干坯放入烤箱,烤15分钟左右即可。</p><p>小提示:这款小饼干是咸的,把盐换成糖,便可以做成甜的。制作要点:必须要折叠擀5遍,以便水面团和油面团的充分融合,饼干坯做好之后要醒发15分钟左右,给酵母一个发挥作用的时间。</p><p><br/></p>
