标题: 泡菜炒面疙瘩

                                                <p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 年前忙着县里春晚的排练,紧接着过年,一晃眼,好久没发帖子了,都有些生疏了。</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201603/7/14573556302983.jpg" title="IMG_5750.JPG"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 第一次吃面疙瘩是在湖北实习的时候,那时候湖北一舍友当时做的面疙瘩汤,后来跟着学,不用揉面,还挺方便。</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201603/7/14573557984602.jpg" title="IMG_5746.JPG"/></center></p><p>【材料】</p><p>肉片························30克 &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>青瓜························30克</p><p>泡菜························60克</p><p>绿豆芽····················少许<br/></p><p>蒜瓣························2瓣</p><p>耗油·······················1茶匙</p><p>面粉(中粉)·······100克</p><p>凉水························80克</p><p>盐···························少许</p><p><br/></p><p>【做法】</p><p>1、青瓜洗净切片,泡菜切小块,蒜瓣切碎,豆芽洗净备用。</p><p>2、面粉加入少许盐混合均匀倒入80克凉水,搅拌均匀后静置5分钟。</p><p>3、锅中加水加盖大火烧开,用勺子前端将面糊一勺一勺拨入开水锅中。</p><p>4、煮约1分钟,至面疙瘩浮起,捞起沥干。</p><p>5、炒锅热油,将蒜末炒香,加入肉片炒至变色。</p><p>6、加入泡菜翻炒,继续加入豆芽翻炒均匀。</p><p>7、倒入面疙瘩,加入耗油调味,最后加入青瓜片,翻炒片刻即可起锅。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201603/7/14573577052795.jpg" title="11.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;准备材料和面糊</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201603/7/14573578991529.jpg" title="12.jpg"/></center> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 煮面疙瘩</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201603/7/14573580543057.jpg" style="float:none;" title="21.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 炒香蒜末,下肉片炒变色</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201603/7/14573580555437.jpg" style="float:none;" title="22.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 加泡菜炒香,下绿豆芽翻炒片刻</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201603/7/1457358146569.jpg" style="float:none;" title="31.jpg"/></center></p><p> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;倒入煮好的面疙瘩<br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201603/7/14573581478084.jpg" style="float:none;" title="32.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;耗油调味,加入青瓜炒匀起锅</p><p><br/></p><p>【叨叨】</p><p>1、不会用竹签和筷子将面糊拨入锅里,所以只好老老实实的用勺子勺了O(∩_∩)O~</p><p>2、泡菜本身已经有一些味道了,面疙瘩也加了盐,所以直接耗油调味就好了。</p><p>3、不喜欢青瓜太熟的,最后加入后不用炒太久。</p><p>4、面疙瘩已经煮熟所以不用炒太久,不然会起糊。</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201603/7/14573582351008.jpg" title="IMG_5747.JPG"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 泡菜炒面疙瘩完成了</p><p>泡菜香辣,青瓜爽脆</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 一个人吃饭也可以这么简单</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201603/7/14573583547635.jpg" title="IMG_5749.JPG"/></center>搭上一碗蘑菇汤,美哉~</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>
