Full time – 1year contact offer now, potential ongoing.

This successful national business est. 1987 now has an opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable Officer in our Brisbane branch. Training will be provided. You will enjoy working in small team where you will have sole responsibility for the full function.

· About the Role:
Reporting to the Accounts Team Leader, this role is based at our Brisbane office and is available as a 12 months contract. This position could potentially be ongoing. Your duty will cover monthly billing, receipting, and customer account maintenance and debt collection. Exceptional customer service skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monthly billing

· Outbound calls liaising with customers and branches

· Assist with unallocated funds, account reconciliations

· Debt collection for outstanding accounts

· Receiving & processing daily payments

· Ensuring accurate & timely receipts of payments & allocation of funds to customer accounts

· Dealing with internal & high volume external customer queries

Skills & Experience:

· Excellent communication & customer service skills

· Working knowledge of Excel

· The ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
