WIDTH: 547px; FLOAT: none" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201604/29/14619102468185.jpg" width="640" height="962"/></center></p><p><strong>内酯豆腐改变了传统的用卤水点豆腐的制作方法,可减少蛋白质流失,并使豆腐的保水率提高,且豆腐质地洁白细腻、有光泽,适口性好,非常适合老人与孩子的食用。<br/></strong><br/><strong>咸鸭蛋的咸鲜、大虾的甜鲜与内酯豆腐的嫩滑,不需要多么复杂的调料,经过蒸制就是一道老少皆宜的菜肴。<br/></strong><br/><strong>&nbsp;收到美的蒸汽炉的试用,迫不及待的就用它来蒸了这道简单的家常菜,只需要按下几个按键,时间到后,取出,就可以享用了~</strong><br/><br/>材料:<br/><br/>内酯豆腐&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;1盒&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;咸鸭蛋黄&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3个&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;香葱&nbsp;1根&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;鲜虾&nbsp;&nbsp;适量&nbsp;&nbsp;<br/><br/>调料:<br/><br/>盐&nbsp;&nbsp;少许&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;香油&nbsp;&nbsp;少许&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;白胡椒碎&nbsp;&nbsp;少许&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;味啉(料酒)少许<br/><br/>做法:<br/><br/>1、准备材料。香葱洗净切葱花,鲜虾去壳去虾线,洗净备用。<br/><br/>2、内酯豆腐先撕去正面的包装膜,反扣在盘中。<br/><br/>3、将包装盒的四角斜着切掉,用刀背在盒上轻轻的敲几下,就可以轻松的将豆腐扣下。<br/><br/>4、在豆腐上撒少许的盐,腌制一下,控干水份。<br/><br/>5、咸蛋黄放入碗里,撒上白胡椒碎、淋入香油。<br/><br/>6、倒入味啉(料酒)去掉咸蛋黄的腥味。<br/><br/>7、用勺子压碎。<br/><br/>8、放入虾仁,拌匀,裹上咸蛋黄糊。<br/><br/>9、将虾仁摆在豆腐上,放入咸蛋黄糊。<br/><br/>10、包上保鲜膜。防止蒸的过程中,进入水蒸汽,而影响口感。<br/><br/>11、美的蒸汽炉接通电源,水盒装满纯净水安装好。把盘子放入蒸架上。<br/><br/>12、虾和豆腐都很容易熟,选择菜单1---蒸蛋键。15分钟。<br/><br/>13、时间到后,打开炉门的时候要小心蒸汽高温受伤,炉门保持打开的状态5分钟以上。<br/><br/>14、去掉保鲜膜,撒上葱花,就可以享用美味了。<br/><br/>--------------------------------------<br/>1、使用前记得水盒装满纯净水。包上保鲜膜。<br/><br/>2、虾仁也可以使用冷冻虾仁。<br/></p><p><center><img title="1.jpg" style="HEIGHT: 352px;
