Managing accounts receivable and payable duties including and processing invoices
Contributing to the General Ledger and Journals
Processing daily bank reconciliations
Completing PAYG and GST reporting
Processing payroll for employees
Completing month end and financial reporting
Assisting with additional administration and financial Ad Hoc duties as required
Skills Required:
Proven Bookkeeper experience with duties including Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable
Recent experience and strong knowledge with MYOB systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to learn quickly and with a can-do attitude
High attention to detail and committed work ethic
Sound problem solving skills and ability to handle multi-tasks
