                                                <p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201605/29/14645192301753.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_1001_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>新学的一款椰蓉面包,烤制的时候满屋都是椰香奶香,让人忍不住就想撕下一块尝尝。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201605/30/14645695239444.jpg" title="IMG_0995_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201605/29/14645192316874.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_0992_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 面团食材:&nbsp;高筋粉200克、酵母粉3克、细砂糖40克、酸奶40克、牛奶70克、全蛋液20克、黄油15克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;椰蓉馅料食材:椰蓉35克、细砂糖30克、黄油20克、奶粉8克、全蛋液25克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;表面装饰食材:全蛋液(适量)</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201605/30/14645686217707.jpg" style="float:none;" title="P1450856_副本_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>做法:1-2:准备食材;面团食材中除黄油外所有食材放入面包桶内。在面粉中挖个小坑放入酵母粉。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3-4;启动揉面程序,一个揉面程序结束后放入软化好的黄油 ,继续启动揉面程序。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 5-6;两个揉面程序结束后面团至,把面团团圆放入容器中进行第一次发酵.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;7;面团发酵至两倍大,发酵好的面团用手指戳一下不会回缩。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201605/30/14645686226517.jpg" style="float:none;" title="P1450858_副本_副本.jpg"/></center>做法:9;发酵面团的时候制作椰蓉馅:黄油切小块软化后跟所有椰蓉馅材料混合</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 10、用手搓均匀即可。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 11;将发酵好的面团揉匀排气,平均分成4等份滚圆,盖保鲜膜松弛10分钟。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 12;取一份松弛好的面团压扁后放入椰蓉馅。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 13;捏紧收口,其余3份依次包好。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;14;将包好馅料的面团擀成椭圆形。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;15;先把一边翻过来。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;16;然后再用另一边翻过去包住。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201605/29/14645198853782.jpg" title="P1450867_副本_副本.jpg" style="line-height: 1.6; text-align: center;"/></center></p><p>做法:17;用抹了油的小刀在当中切一刀,注意别切断两头。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;18;尖的一头穿过切口。然后稍微整理一下。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 19;其余三个也做好,码入烤盘放温暖湿润处发酵。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 20;发酵至两倍大,在表面刷一层薄薄的蛋液,放入预热好的烤箱,180度烤15分钟左右。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 21;出炉了!满屋都是椰蓉香味哦!</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201605/29/14645192334966.jpg" title="IMG_0996_副本.jpg" style="line-height: 1.6; float: none;"/></center><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201605/29/14645199939234.jpg" title="IMG_1000_副本.jpg"/></center></p>
