他这种情况是不会被取消吧，

但是肯定不能算在2年之内。走配偶吧，更靠谱点

PR MIGHT be granted straight away if
1. you've been together (evidence ofcs required) for over 3 years
2. you've been together for over 2 years + 1 dependent child.

but this is not saying you'll get your PR immediately even though you fulfil the above conditions........................check immi website.
