求助，2012年底给父母递交了103材料。到现在也没有收到移民局得任何回复。也没有queue no。我可以联系移民局吗？

应该是移民局的问题，这个也给大家提个醒了，扣完钱了也要注意case的跟进。。。

file No. is NOT Queue No.

File no. is a reference no. for your application once IMMI accepted you lodgment, if IMMI consider your application meet the critiaria after assess the application, you will be given a Queue No. then you are in queue.
