要是按照周五下班之前算的话，周五早晨不知道这个消息的而寄出的人不是最亏了！
移民局搞这种突然袭击有什么公平公开可言！
我也是周六早晨寄去的，希望能按邮戳算啊

移民局的说法是六月二号开始close.就是今天已经不处理了。不是by cob today
