关于2推车的部分，每个航空公司貌似规定不太一样，Qantas给我的答案是所有的推车全部要托运，算件免费的行李，所以我在柜台就把推车托运掉了

墨尔本TAXI不需要婴儿座椅，我2个月前从国内回来，在机场直接拦的TAXI （就是那种等在机场的TAXI），安排座位的人没有提到婴儿要座椅，直接让我们上TAXI，宝宝那时候8个月。

Does my child need a car seat in a taxi or bus?
A bus of 12 seats or more is exempt from rules about child restraints. If a taxi does not have an appropriate restraint a taxi driver is exempt from ensuring that children under seven are properly restrained.
