父母移民的10年等待期有两部分一是贡献类父母移民的10年AoS期，这个时间从首次登陆之日起计算，10年期满后，你的一万四（或者一万，如果是1个人的话），就可以从CommonwealthBank取回了（要先拿到Centrelink的通知）。出境不影响这个时间。二是AgePension（俗称养老金或老人金，注意不是super那个养老金），这个10年的等待期是适用于几乎所有移民的，包括一般的技术移民呀配偶移民呀，等等。详细规则如下：ToclaimAgePensionandthePensionBonusSchemeyoumustbeanAustraliaresidentandinAustraliawhenyoulodgeyourclaim.AnAustralianresident(asdefinedbytheSocialSecurityAct1991)isapersonwholivespermanentlyinAustraliaandisoneofthefollowing:•anAustraliancitizen,or•theholderofapermanentvisa,or•theholderofaProtectedSpecialCategoryVisa,thatis,someonewhoarrivedonaNewZealandpassportandwhowasinAustraliaon26February2001,orfor12monthsinthe2yearsimmediatelybeforethisdate,orwasassessedas‘protected’before26February2004.ToqualifyforanAgePension,youmustalsohavelivedinAustraliaasanAustralianresidentfor:•10yearscontinuously,or•atleast5yearscontinuouslyatanytimeandmorethan10yearsintotal,or•2yearsimmediatelybeforeclaim,ifyouareawomanwhowaswidowedwhilebothyouandyourpartnerwereAustralianresidents.Somepeopledonotneedthe10or2yearsqualifyingresidence.ThesearepeoplelivinginAustraliawho:•areorwererefugeesonarrivalinAustralia,or•wereinreceiptofWidowAllowance,PartnerAllowance,WidowsBpensions,orMatureAgeAllowancewhentheyturnedAgePensionage.InformationmaybereceiveddirectlyfromtheDepartmentofImmigrationandCitizenshipandcanbeusedtoallowCentrelinktoautomaticallydetermineyourresidencequalificationsforthesepayments.而Centrelink对此评估的过程中将检查申请AgePension前1994年后的所有出入境记录，包括短途旅游，假期。HaveyoulivedortravelledoutsideAustraliasince1September1994,includingshorttripsandholidays?TheanswertothisquestionmayenableCentrelinktoaccesselectronicrecordsheldbyAustralia’simmigrationdepartmentsince1September1994.TheserecordswillhelpustoverifyyourAustralianresidenceonyourbehalfandassistinprocessingyourclaim.按照Centrelink的说法，一般来说每年有3个月以上不在澳洲居住的，通常不能将一整年计入10年期间。也就是要打折扣。如果一年里超过半年不居住的，甚至有可能整个一年都不算。 |
