457转186属于TemporaryResidenceTransitionstream，相关的要求是：（1）IfyouapplyfortheTemporaryResidenceTransitionstream,yourskillsdonotneedtobeassessedbecauseyouhavealreadyworkedforyournominatingemployerfortwoyearsinAustralia.（2）YoumusthaveatleastvocationalEnglish.（3）Thisstreamisavailableonlytopeoplewhoholdasubclass457visa.Peoplewhoholdother400seriesvisasmayqualifytoapplyforapermanentresidencevisathroughtheDirectEntrystream.所以看到雅思4个5还是需要的。457如果不完成2年的工作要求，就不能享受如上的待遇，属于直接申请186的范围。 |
