我看到DIAC网站上有说，签证申请在做出决定前任何时候都可以加入配偶。但不知道对190是否适用？因为在填写州担信息时，州政府也在统计是否有配偶，如果后来加入的话州政府最后接收的人相当于增加了一个。

Dependent partners(spouse) and children can be added at anytime during the application process and before finalisation. Dependent partners and children cannot be added after an application has been finalised.
