消息一出，大家在深感同情的同时，或许并没有太多震惊。 不仅是因为目前大众对大胃王暴食背后对身心不可逆的伤害已经有了一定的认识，更是因为木下佑香的抑郁背后实在是有迹可循。 而提到木下佑香，其实很多观众都不陌生，1985年出生于日本福冈县九州市的她是日本关注人数最多的女性youtuber，有着超500万的粉丝。


身高158cm、体重47kg，外形超卡哇伊的她偏偏还拥有着与外表不符的、令人吃惊的食量，这样的反差感或许是她出圈的关键。


而最初发现自己的特长是在高中毕业时，当时木下跟朋友去吃自助餐，持续2小时进食的她发觉自己比身边朋友能吃得多得多，突然意识到自己或许有大胃王的天赋。 随后，木下开始有意识地参加竞吃比赛。


2009年，参加大胃王比赛，凭借可爱讨人喜欢的外形，木下成功地引起了大家的关注，虽然并没有获得冠军，但还是靠着出众的实力开始走红。


不仅能吃，还很能把握机会的她随后开始在 Youtube 上发表自己品尝美食的视频，并以挑战惊人份量的食物而著称。

2015年6月2日，木下因为狂吃3公斤炒面的视频正式在Youtube上走红。


至于木下为什么这么能吃，一档日本综艺还做了研究解密。 最后发现木下在吃完一百多个寿司之后，胃竟然增大为原来的66倍，能够占满整个身体，甚至还能把其他器官都给挡住。


而这样大的胃容量也侧面证实了木下的吃播都是实打实的进行，与部分虚假吃播的催吐等行为并不一样。


不过也有日媒揭露，说木下并不是从一开始就这么能吃，这样的胃容量是长期撑大的结果。


但无论如何，木下可是在吃播的道路一直坚持到了现在，最近的更新还是在6个月前。 并且不仅是在日本，她的吃播视频在中国的社交媒体上也是备受瞩目。从最初的搬运，到2020年6月木下开始同步运营的B站账号。


“吃货木下”、“木下大胃王”的称号让这位软萌、可爱且食量惊人的女生成为B站首页的常客。


而木下的吃播之所以成功其实主要是，有自己的特色所在。


无论是场景的布置，还是画面的色彩，还是合适的节奏和恰当的表情，以及多角度的变化，木下的作品总能给人留下比较好的观感。


或许正因如此木下的关注人数才会一路飙升，突破了500万的大关。


不仅如此，作为吃播届的领军人物，年收入更是突破了一亿日元，可谓是相当可观。


木下本人也曾经说过，想要传达吃东西的美妙，所以才上传影片与大家分享。 而在被评论“没有食欲时看了会变得很想吃”的时候，才发现自己的影片有如此的魔力。


“实在太幸福了！想要跟我一起吃晚饭的人也很多，所以我每晚都会更新。” 很多人说看木下吃东西超有食欲，超有幸福感。


但或许正如喜剧的内核是悲剧那样，这份幸福感的背后藏着木下本人的心酸。 2017年，木下深陷日本最受欢迎YouTuber“Hajime社长”劈腿风波，落泪自爆也是受害者之一后，上传了道歉影片，为引起此次风波道歉。


当时，Hajime社长在谢罪影片中，坦承同时劈腿前女友与木下佑香。 虽然是受害者，但是木下也无辜受到了日本网友谩骂，批她谎称单身、大对方8岁、老牛吃嫩草、心机重等。 不堪其扰的木下佑香上传道歉影片，3度鞠躬道歉，“一直以来支持我的粉丝，很抱歉让你们担心了。从今以后，我会尽我最大的努力，上传能让你们开心享受的影片…”


明明是受害者，还要挨骂，果然键盘侠不分国界… 不仅如此，或许是随着年龄的增长，木下也在不可避免地开始衰老，长期的咀嚼大量食物，下颌也一度很肿。因此也难免受到攻击谩骂。


木下佑香曾经在直播期间谈到，感觉年龄上来以后，老化得很严重，加上外表一直被部分黑粉攻击，所以才萌生了整形的想法。


因此跟医美专家咨询过，打算进行抽脂手术，将下巴和大腿的脂肪填充到额头以及嘴唇。 木下还将这个过程拍摄并发布到了中日社交媒体平台。


2023年，39岁的木下在视频中坦白自己得了季节性抑郁症。


她在视频中坦言：“随着天气转凉就会越来越抑郁，对所有事都提不起劲，不想出门，做什么都不开心，什么都不想要、不想买。” 抑郁症发病的时候，连医院都去不了，出不了家门，澡都洗不了，一日三餐都靠外卖，连垃圾都不会扔。


即使自己被病魔缠身，木下还是劝大家不要内耗太严重，积极快乐的生活，人生毕竟是“非常快乐的”。 而在她对自己身患抑郁症的表达里，最让人印象深刻的是这句：“肯定是痛苦的，不痛苦的人生肯定更好。”
