制作步骤: 【原料准备】兔子洗净切丁,仔姜洗净切丝、大蒜剥皮、二荆条洗净切条备用 【烹饪步骤】
1、放入宽窄干花椒、料酒、盐,与兔子搅拌均匀,可以个兔子做个按摩,腌制十分钟备用; 2、开火、热锅、倒油,油热加入大蒜、老姜、宽窄干辣椒爆香; 3、倒入腌制的兔子翻炒两分钟,加盐,盖上锅盖焖三分钟,使其入味; 4、加入青、红二荆条继续翻炒均匀,盖上锅盖继续焖三分钟; 5、加入仔姜丝翻炒均匀,大火炒熟即可; 6、根据个人口味加入盐,翻炒均匀,装盘出锅。
