Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage specifications, quoting process and order entry.
- Work with Account managers to manage their print requirements for marketing campaigns.
- Assist Account managers/ clients in the development of custom printing projects: including size, material, and print recommendations and researching new idea element.
- Facilitate prototype and development of custom print piece.
- Identify, develop and document cost-saving opportunities with respect to specification and design.
- Review and evaluate relationships with RRD preferred vendors.
- Manage vendor base for best fit to customer’s product and geographical proximity need.
- Primary agent of problem resolution and Customer Service enhancement.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
JobKnowledge & Skills
· Bachelor degree in discipline with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role in thefields of graphic design, digital, online, and print production, have greatattention to detail and would like to future-proof your career, then this isthe role for you. · Able to apply strong functional computerknowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools incompleting assignments. · Customer Service or Sales background is strong plus.
Ideally, youare: · Customerfocused with a can-do attitude. · Able todevelop and maintain excellent client and supplier relationships. · Self-motivated,well presented, disciplined and methodical. · Knowledgeableabout all creative, digital and print production methods and requirements, withan emphasis on Point of Sale material. · Apersuasive communicator, both verbally and in writing. · Greatat managing your time. · Able towork well in a team environment but also on your own portfolio of clients.
