We are private Fast Food and Restaurant Corporation running fast food and restaurant business in multiple locations in Sydney

We are looking for a passionate and career driven full time Assistant Accountant to be part of our team immediately.

Duties and responsibilities:
Payroll processing and pay slip
Bulk billing of invoices , processing of receipts and all aspects of credit control and preparing required reports/statements;
Accurate processing of all supplier orders and payments;
Accounts receivable and payable aging report by each period
Cash Handling & Banking
Managing all company bank accounts; reviewing and reconciling accounts;
Preparation of adjusting journal entries
End of period processing and reconciliations;
Assisting to prepare IAS and BAS statement and lodge to ATO;
Assisting to prepare company tax return in the year end;
supervising accounting for all intercompany transactions
Ad hoc duties as required

Preferred Experience
The ideal applicant will have the following attributes:

l  Previous experience in a similar role at least 24 months
l  Intermediate to advance MS software skills and others (Word, Outlook, Excel and PDF)
l  Intermediate MYOB Skills is essential
l  Able to work as part of a team
l  Available immediately is preferable
l  Excellent written and oral communication skills
l  Degree qualified
Meet the deadline and great attitude
Demonstrated experience in a related industry would be highly advantageous

Reward
$50,000~55,000 + Super + Bones
Salary is based on experience + Bonus upon review each period.
