建材销售代表 - Business Development for Building Materials

We are one of Australia's leading suppliers of construction and building materials and are looking for self-motivated, responsible and enthusiastic team members to further develop our business in NSW. Due to the considerable growth of ourbusiness, we are looking for new sales representatives to become integral members of the team to continue our growth in the NSW building materials market.

You will be well suited to this position if you thrive on developing business goals, driving toward targets and be proactive in your approach to contribute to the growth of the company.

Responsibilitiesfor this role will include:

Ø  Identifying new customers and prospects togenerate demand for our products

Ø  Liaising and follow up with customers and contractors to convert quotes into sales

Ø  Manage customer accounts through proactive project anticipation and solutions

Ø  Provide sales quotes and estimates and basic product advice to customers

Ø  Building and maintaining relationships with customers, developers and contractors through after sales follow-up

Ø  Developing strategic business relationships and networking opportunities to ensure long term business relationships are maintained

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Ø  Minimum of three years’ experience with decent sales record  

Ø  A positive 'can-do' attitude

Ø  Strong negotiation skills

Ø  Enthusiasm in achieving sales targets and KPI's

Ø  Skills in both networking and building relationships

Ø  Superior written and verbal communication skills

Ø  Excellent time management and organisation skills

Ø  Ability to learn and develop your knowledge and skills through our training to be capable of advancing to more senior sales roles

Ø  Ability to speak a second language (Chinese) will behighly regarded

This is a full time, permanent position based in South Granville and reports to the Field Sales Manager. The role comes with an attractive remuneration package including base salary, mobile phone, super, vehicle allowance and incentive scheme for star performers.
