1-on-1 Coaching: Through your mentorship you will gain an understanding of the behaviours and attributes expected in the workplace, and how best to utilise you skills to find work and develop you career.
10 Hour Technical Training: Based on your background and career interest, we offer 10-hour customised technical accounting training in the areas of financial accounting, management accounting, public accounting and business analyst. All training sessions are designed and led by our experienced and talented accounting trainers.
Interview and Soft Skill Training: The interview session is designed to overcome nerves, build your confidence and boost your chances of success at job interviews. Our interview coaches are experts in their fields with extensive experiences across different senior roles. They will help you prepare, practise and perform more effectively at interviews and give you skills and techniques to stand out from the crowd.
End to End Career Support: There will be unlimited mock interview sessions prior to any job interviews you have. You mentor will help you practice the interview questions specifically related to the applied job role. This will greatly boost your chances of landing your job offers. Most importantly, the mentor relationship can be extended beyond the course to provide you long term career guidance and support.

培训步骤：
1. Introduction to Mentor:
- Receive confirmation of your placement in the program
- Attend the induction workshop
- Receive detail of your assigned mentor
- Contact your mentor to arrange initial meeting and complete the Mentoring Protocol Form
2. Connect With Your Mentor：
- Discuss your background, strength and career targets
- Discuss the regularity and method of contact with your mentor
- Set up the timetable of the program with your mentor
3. Technical and Interview Training：
The interview training will cover all common technical and behaviour questions which you are expected to be asked in a real job interview. You mentor will help you tailor and refine your answers to let you stand out from the crowd.
4. Resume Editing：
We will help you craft and refine your resume based on your expertise and career interest. The target is to make resume impressive, interesting and most importantly stand out among other candidates.
5. Mock Interview：
Each time you receive a job invitation, you can schedule a mock interview with your mentor to practice you responses to the applied role. This will gain you the edge and extra confidence for you to succeed at the interview.
6. Receive Your Dream Offer：
Congratulations! You have received your dream offer at this stage. However this doesn’t necessarily mean your relationship with your mentor will be finished. As a matter of fact, a lot of our clients have maintained long term and regular contact with their mentors to seek further career guidance and support.
