请问我父母的兄弟姐们的生日我父母也记不全，兄弟姐妹很多，这个问题空着可以吗？还是名字写上生日上写N/A行不行？
空着好？还是写上名字生日空着好？
3表格95A委托表格中12题 Are you appointing an authorosed recipient in relation to an application process, acancellation process or an other matter? 然后我在下面APPLICATION PROCESS中打钩， 紧接着又写出了date lodged和not yet lodge二选一，如果选date lodged，要写上日期，我正准备递交申请还没递交呢，那先在ot yet lodge上打钩吗？
