2. A copy of the signed online ‘application record’ and the email acknowledgement with the reference number:

3. A colored copy of passport.

4. A certified copy of graduation certificate for Bachelor, certified copy of Bachelor’s Degree,

official academic transcript within a sealed envelope from xxx.

5. Reference letter.

6. Resume.

应该足够了吧？

这个....就不是很清楚了 acs里面是要求有推荐人的bussiness card
你可以试试如果他不让你补就ok了让补再说喽

仅仅提供护照的彩色复印件是不够的，ACS对于身份的认证可以是出生证明或者护照公证。两者都是需要公证处出具的。

这个是学校开英文的，去公证处公证
还是拿原件，公证处给公证成英文的呢

我的原件丢了，惨，不知道从学校开一个，再去公证的行不行

应该比较全了吧，可以根据需要调整

1. A signed copy of the online ‘application record’ with the reference number
2. A signed copy of email acknowledgement with the reference number
3. Application letter or cover letter
4. A notarized copy of birthday certificate or a notarized copy of relevant pages of passport
5. A notarized copy of academic degree certificate
6. A notarized copy of diploma certificate
7. A notarized copy of Academic Transcripts
8. Resume
9. Employer reference
10. A notarized copy of my professional certificate

你既然要去学校干嘛不直接做密封件呢？
另外原件丢了学校是不能补办只能打证明我知道有些人是这么处理的：用复印件去找做证的做个一模一样的出来

这个是学校密封件。。。我提交原件的复印件，学号，还有人民币就可以办理了。
