As previously mentioned, holders of 475 visas can still apply for the subclass 887 visa if they meet their visa requirements. You do not need the state or territory government to nominate you again for the subclass 887. You can submit an EOI for the subclass 489 and 190 visas, if you are the holder of a 475 visa as long as you meet the visa requirements. You should remember that it is the decision of a state or territory government whether they nominate you or not.
