关于做support的这一段工作经历,我打算这样写,也符合事实,绝非杜撰。
请问这是不是像software engineer的工作?有问题吗?

3) R&D interface on complicated and emergency technical problems
3.1) XXXX is a large-scale and highly complex software, which covers Solaris, middle ware(Orbix, Jboss, ...), database(Oracle, Mysql), Installation/Upgrade, System management(process surveillance, file system purge, audit, ipfilter, OS hardening), domain specific modules(communication with NEs), performance management, configuration management, fault management, security management, north bound interface, etc. YYY was nominated as OAM expert due to long year service and rich experience in XXXX.
3.2) YYY's duties and roles on this project:
Debugging and troubleshooting to emergency problems, addressing the root cause.
Providing RCA(root cause analysis) and workaround for issue solution, making proposal and suggestion on bug fix.
Providing on-call support in some days especially upgrade activities, making online troubleshooting on emergency case or upgrade failure, working under high pressure.
3.3) Skills: Unix shell script, Corba script(ZZZZ's private script language for debugging Corba process), Solaris(Sun Management Center, explorer utility, disk faults/filesystem faults repair, System backup&restore), Deeply debugging of processes(memory leak, file descriptor leak, and deadlock), Network protocol analysis(snoop, wireshark, ZZZZ's private protocol based on TCP/IP).
