看了一下acs的employment-faqs，关于推荐信结束日期有些迷惑了，求指点。

Employment references MUST contain an end date or the work episode will be assessed as not suitable.

这句话就是啥意思啊？

然后截图的两段里面一段说The term, “To Date” cannot be used as the end date of the employment reference.，下一段又说Employment references can only be calculated until the date of submission. The “To Date” will be taken from the employment reference or the submission date of your application – whichever comes first.///All current employment references MUST be dated and the “To Date” will be noted as the date of submission.

我就不是很明白，推荐信的结束日期到底是必须写年月还是可以写至今，因为我写完推荐信之后可能还在这家公司做。请前辈再给些指点吧。
