Tasks and responsibilities:
- Operate warehousing activities and ensure work is performed safely
- Ensure accurate timely response to customer inquiries
- Promoting a team environment that works collaboratively
- Ensure customer expectations are met and managed accordingly
- Investigate and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner
- Stock control and cycle counts
To be successful in this role you are ideally to possess
- Experience working in a 3PL or FMCG warehouse will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible to work various hours in line with operational requirements
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Strong customer service focus
- Computer literate
- Fluent in Mandarin is preferable
