YOURROLE

·        Provide lending support (inbound only, no cold calls)

·        Assist with full application process

·        Customer service

·        Able to handle complaint and dispute

·        Ability to liaise between interested parties

·        Complete basic fraud and credit compliance procedures

·        Complete basic credit and risk assessments

·        Ability to achieve performance indicator provided

PRE-REQUISITES

·        PR or Australian Citizen

·        Diploma or higher education, preferably Business related

·        Committed for minimum 2 years

·        Fluent in verbal and written English

·        Must have 1 year customer service experience

·        Finance related work experience (preferred)

(Senior position available for experienced candidate)

·        Located 2 mins walk from Burwood train station
