The ideal candidate is a leader who can successfully develop and manage a diverse team. You will solve client problems while providing exceptional service and help develop new business opportunities. Responsibilities:
- - Undertake overseas promotion activities for promoters. Explain and provide tailor-made services and solutions for promoters, patiently answer questions, and actively provide solutions.
- - Actively pursue and introduce activities that benefit the company's customers and clients, and successfully manage these activities.
- - Carry out the company marketing strategy，manage data about customers and event expenses, comply with and achieve event operation KPIs.
- - Building strong and productive relationships, provide guidance for staff across the city under your supervision，ensure all team goals are properly carried out, and all city-based goals are met.
- - Maintain communication and continue to cooperate well with local councils, and the various departments responsible for business districts and shopping malls. Be responsible for local venue communication and for acquiring local permission for activities and events.
- - Rapidly deal with any issues that arise during promotional activities, track customer daily growth with company management, make weekly and monthly reports, report data analysis and performance evaluations.
- - Create positive market influence for customers，consolidate and strengthen the market position of client brands. Expand industry-related customer groups through third-party event cooperation, event sponsorship, exhibitions, as well as online and offline events.
- - Responsible for expanding new business channels, increasing the number of major customers, as well as carrying out tracking, coordination, and implementation of strategies to expand the company's market visibility.
Qualification:
- - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- - No experience required，fluent in Mandarin,
- - Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- -Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills
- - Passionate，energetic, and reliable. Strong commitment and ability to help others grow, great team spirit.
