Senior Engineer
China Unicom Australia Branch
Responsibilities:
1. Transmission Network planning, implementation and optimisation
2. Transmission equipment adjustment & testing, data configuration and service provisioning
3. Transmission equipment operational maintenance, troubleshooting and fault handling, etc.
4. Support for Office network IT system and related ICT projects
You must be:
1. Fluent in both English and Mandarin
2. Bachelor Degree in Computing and Communications, solid understanding of ICT
3. Min 10 years’ Australian based experience in relevant industry
4. Proficiency in communication theory, understanding of MSTP、SDH、PTN、OSN、OTN、WDM、DWDM technologies
5. Solid hands on experiences in optical transmission installation and maintenance; Solid skills and capabilities in network planning, equipment adjustment & testing, AP set up , data configuration, troubleshooting, and other operations and problem analysis/solving
6. Have theoretical understanding of the database, Cisco or Huawei engineer certification holders highly regarded
7. Experienced users of MS office software, responsible and hardworking, team player
