Administration Clerk:
We are a fast growing global Law Group with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong. Our mission is to provide expert local legal services to our clients all around the world.
Our Brisbane CBD based law firm is now seeking to employ one junior Administrative Clerk.
As a junior Administrative Clerk, you are expected to:
Liaise with clients; Administer contracts, programs and projects; Set, review and control office functions; Perform clerical, secretarial,organizational and other administrative functions; Enter, process and edit texts and data; Produce, record and evaluate statistical information; Receive, process and send mail,documents and information; Work ancillary to this role from time to time.
You must be able to read, write and type English and Chinese, and fluent in either Mandarin or Cantonese.
Hours will be full time during weekdays (normal office working hours). You will work under the guidance of solicitors and be provided a genuine opportunity to forge a successful career with a firm who values, supports and nurtures their staff.
