The role of a Lead Gen Consultant and Customer Service Officer is to identify and target new business opportunities and gather as muchinformation as possible for Sales Reps to go in to close the deal! You will also be responsible for dealing with customers on the phone and provide the best customer experience to our clients.
This is apurely business to business role that requires a dedicated,passionate and entrepreneurial person willing to go the extra mile to solving problems with our Business customers. This is a truly unique opportunity togrow within the business.
THE IDEAL PERSON:
- Telco Background
- Knowledge ofTelco products in Australia
- Excellent Telephone Manner
- A desire to meet targets and deadlines
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability toidentify business opportunities within our Optus Database of customers - Ability to assist with customer complaints
This Role will include:
- Answering all incoming calls, and transferring the call to our respective sales teams
- Liasing with your Manager on daily duties
- Resolving customer queries and complaints
- Daily Office Duties - Data Entry and Management
