Job description:· Qualifying and evaluate potential candidatesincluding screening candidates and shortlisted resumes, conducting face to faceand phone interviews to confirm candidate suitability for the role.· Drafting advertisements for online and printbased formats.· Developing new, innovative and effective ways tosource candidates.· Mining of database to source existing candidatesfor new roles.· Meet and exceed candidate demand for our clients.· General administration duties.· Developing new clients. Job requirement:· Strong and confident communicator.· Strong organizational skills.· Willingness to go over and above what isexpected.· A self-starter who is looking to further theircarer in the recruitment industry.· Excellent copywriting skills and experience.· Innovative, with the ability to think outsidethe square.
